Dear friends and colleagues,
I am trying to reach out to medical museums across Europe for my Veni research into exhibition strategies and collections issues, and would appreciate your help sharing the link and info below in your networks. Please share with anyone who can disseminate to colleagues working in medical museums – they can be working/volunteering in any role, and multiple respondents from within the same institution are encouraged.
Many many thanks,
Manon
Medical Museum Survey Now Open
Dr. Manon Parry at the University of Amsterdam is currently conducting a survey of
medical museum staff across Europe. This is the first phase of a four-year research
project funded by the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO). The goal
of the project is to provide institutions with an overview of practices across the sector,
and to identify trends as well as emerging challenges and opportunities. The survey is
now open and she invites all members of EAMHMS to participate and to share the link
to the survey with their colleagues. The deadline for responses is 15 May 2017.
